Within a scant two months, her expertise garnered an executive-level position in management and she subsequently grew the company from a four-person operation to a staff of over twenty people in just two years.
In 1995, Nadia founded Worldwide Staffing, Inc. in Vancouver, British Columbia. Two years later, she founded Medistaff, Inc. in San Diego, California. Both companies were sold in 2000 and, in 2001, Nadia established Unlimited MedSearch.
